Upon the precipice of no return

This is my major project for my first semester in art school. We were asked to come up for a brief and pretend the lecturer is the art director. I was very fortunate to be approached by during that time asking to use some of my other pieces and I thought hey why not get an actual brief from an actual client lol. He asked for a piece depicting Feanor after the first Kinslaying, and I decided to go for the no remorse route ( or at least no outward remorse route). Feanor as we all know is a really prideful, strong minded elf, so much so that he literally burst into flames when he died like his spirit was that. Fiery. So maybe in his private moments he deeply regretted the hole he has dug everyone into but in the public eye at least I would think he held his head up high despite the massacre and starting a trend for Kinslaying.
